Rock City is located on top of Lookout Mountain outside the city of Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is a tourist attraction and you do have to pay to get in, but it is one of those things that you have to do just so you can say that you have been there. And guess what?! It is dog-friendly! Rock City is slightly strange, with its fairy tale theme through the park, but lets face it, the view is amazing! From atop Lookout Mountain, it is said you can see 7 states (Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama).

From there, be sure to visit Cloudland Canyon State Park, it is only 30 minutes away!
